Scientists recommend a weight loss trick that takes only 15 minutes

When is the ultimate goal, a person tries all sorts of tips and tricks to achieve it. As per conventional weight loss wisdom, regular exercise and a healthy diet are the only ways to slim down. But scientists have recently found out a new trick that can be beneficial for you if you are struggling to shed kilos. The best part is that it is very easy and takes just 15 minutes a day.

So, what do you have to do?

As per a study published in the journal, Obesity, people who do this every day are the ones watching their number on the scale go down. The study was conducted by researchers at the University of Vermont and the University of South California, which involved 150 participants. The participants were asked to keep a track on what they ate for six months as part of their weight loss program.

They were asked to record the calorie and fat intake for all foods and beverages they consumed on a particular day. In the end, it was observed that those who lost 10 percent of their body weight (which was the most in the entire group) spent around 23 minutes to record their daily food intake every day during the first month of the program. By the end of the research, the time dropped to 14.6 minutes.
