But scientists have  recently found out a new trick that can be beneficial for you if you are  struggling to shed kilos. The best part is that it is very easy and  takes just 15 minutes a day.  <br><br>So, what do you have to do? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAs per a study published in the journal, Obesity, people who do this \nevery day are the ones watching their number on the scale go down. The \nstudy was conducted by researchers at the University of Vermont and the \nUniversity of South California, which involved 150 participants. The \nparticipants were asked to keep a track on what they ate for six months \nas part of their weight loss program. \n<br><br>They were asked to record the calorie \nand fat intake for all foods and beverages they consumed on a particular\n day. In the end, it was observed that those who lost 10 percent of \ntheir body weight (which was the most in the entire group) spent around \n23 minutes to record their daily food intake every day during the first \nmonth of the program.
